Katie is amazing!
She helped us through every single step of the process and explained everything to us step by step and made sure she gave us the pros and cons of every single option and offer. Not only that, but on the last day before we had to have everything out of the house, I was up all night moving and packing and was exhausted, she literally came over to my home and helped me finish packing! Katie did an excellent job in selling the house. She knew exactly what needed to be fixed, lined up the appropriate contractors, and got it done in a quick manner. In addition, she is an expert when it comes to pricing. She knew how to price it so it sells fast. Our home sold in 3 days! During the whole process, she was timely and used apps to help monitor progress which was quite helpful as we are out of state. She even helped expedite closing and made the process quite smooth.
